Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use tradiesol.com or buy services from Tradie Solutions ("we", "us"). Your proposal or agreement with us sets out the specific scope, price and timing for your project. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

Our services

We provide branding, website design and development, local SEO, paid ads management and related marketing services for trade businesses. The exact work included is listed in your proposal.

Plans and cancellation

Monthly plans run month to month with no lock in contract. You can cancel by giving notice as set out in your proposal. Work already completed and paid for stays yours.

Payments

Fees are invoiced as set out in your proposal. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google or Meta is paid by you directly to those platforms unless your proposal says otherwise, and is separate from our management fee.

If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.

Ownership

Once you have paid for them, you own your domain, website, content and Google Business Profile. If you leave, we hand everything over.

We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods. We may show the work we did for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your business, including licences, insurance, prices and service areas, and to make sure you have the rights to any photos, logos or content you send us.

You are responsible for meeting the rules of your trade and the laws that apply to your advertising.

Results

We work hard to improve your rankings, leads and calls, but search engines and ad platforms are controlled by third parties. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or lead numbers.

Third party platforms

Your website, ads and listings run on platforms such as Webflow, Google and Meta. Their terms and pricing apply, and they can change. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
